Quah Ley Hoon has been appointed as CEO of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore MPA with effect from January 1 2019. MPA Quah Ley Hoon is set to step down next month after almost four years as the chief executive of Singapore s Maritime and Port Authority MPA.
